Continuous Improvement Coordinator

Base Pay Range A$99,163.00/yr - A$111,492.00/yr About the Role The role of Continuous Improvement Co‑Ordinator is positioned in FRV’s commercial division, Fire Equipment Services (FES) and located in FRV’s Blackburn office. In this unique and rewarding role you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the entire customer journey—from initial sale through to final invoicing for FES customers. Your primary commitment is to identify, implement, and monitor process enhancements that improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will be working closely with all FES teams to streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and ensure best‑in‑class service delivery. Key activities include conducting process mapping, facilitating improvement projects, training staff on new procedures, and tracking performance metrics to sustain improvements. In support of this you are required to think analytically with a practical execution mindset to achieve the desired result. As the Continuous Improvement Co‑Ordinator you will design effective strategies consistent with the business strategy of the organisation and examine policy issues and strategic planning with a long‑term perspective to determine objectives and set priorities. Takes a long‑term view and acts as a catalyst for organisational change; builds a shared vision with others. Influences others to translate vision into action. Working and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and adoption of changes, while continuously seeking opportunities to optimise systems and automate processes ensures deliverable and measurable returns on investment to support long‑term growth. About You Mandatory: Bachelor of Business, or tertiary qualified Preferred: MBA or equivalent, qualifications in Project Management, Change Management and/or IT systems Depth of experience in business process modelling, process improvement, stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
