The Role: We are seeking experienced Full Time, Part Time and Casual Retail Security Officers who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills and are passionate about the security industry with a strong desire to make a difference.This position is to commence ASAP and is based at Macarthur Square . You will be responsible for providing security service at Macarthur Square, supporting all the establishments' tenants, guests and visitors. Services include but are not limited to; building key tenant familiarisation and relationships, managing access, responding in a timely manner to client requests, ensuring the safety and security for the site, managing emergency situations and demonstrated pro-active security awareness. Role Requirements: To be considered for an opportunity with Assetlink Services, you must be able to demonstrate that you have the skills, experience & appropriate certification within the following areas: Current NSWFull Security Licence, including crowd control where applicable Apply First Aid Certificate Provide a cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) Certificate Previous experience in Retail Security and Security Control Room Operator Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal) The confidence and ability to take ownership of the service delivery which comes under your control The ability to complete reports using various platforms Excellentpresentation, well-groomed and corporate-appropriate Ability to respond to emergency situations Valid work rights in Australia Ability to work shifts up to 12 hours Availability across 7 days/nights What we offer you: Reward and recognition incentives Ongoing training and development A safe and supportive working environment A family-oriented culture Free uniform If you're a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual with a commitment to providing excellent service and would like to be part of a key onsite team, we’d love to hear from you, click ‘Apply’.
