At our Horsley Park facility, we service Tennant branches across ANZ, and import/export stock across the globe. SUMMARY In this varied role as Warehouse Administrator and working in a modern facility, you will ensure accurate and efficient management of inventory both entering and leaving the warehouse. Support operational excellence by maintaining accurate records of stock movements, coordinate inbound and outbound shipments. This role is critical in safeguarding inventory integrity, optimizing storage utilization, and enabling timely order fulfillment. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, and working with a team of 5 WH staff, you will work a 38-hour week Monday to Friday, with an early finish each Friday. Some OT work may be available during busy periods. About the role Processing incoming goods including delivery dockets, receipts and supplier paperwork. Accurately enter data into the SAP system for inward and outbound transactions. Create pick slips, packing lists and shipping documentation. Perform daily inventory data entry, stock adjustments, and system updates. Maintain accurate product master data as required. Track production progress and maintain accurate documentation. Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure material availability. Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize space utilization and workflow. Assist in implementing inventory control procedures and continuous improvement initiatives. Support health, safety, and quality standards within the warehouse environment. Advise relevant departments of estimated delivery and dispatch information. Skills & experience Previous experience in a similar role within a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environment. Understanding of receiving and dispatch processes. Proficient in SAP or similar ERP/WMS platforms. Strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Skilled in investigating discrepancies and identifying root causes. Efficient in handling high volume transactions under time restraints. Forklift licence preferred but not mandatory. On offer Paid annual leave loading. Gym membership subsidy of your choice.
