Reporting directly to the Meat Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for assisting the management of a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, completing stock takes + much more Working as a part of an enthusiastic team, in a highly competitive supermarket environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate: Possess an Australian trade qualification in Butchery (essential) Ability to lead and manage a team Ability to order and control costs An understanding of gross profit calculations Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach Unparalleled commitment to customer service Excellent communication skills Ability to liaise with both team members and management A flair for merchandising Strong leadership and delegation skills Ability to coach, train and performance manage teams Commitment to work health and safety standard If this sounds like the opportunity you’ve been looking for, we’d love to hear from you #J-18808-Ljbffr
