Reporting directly to the Meat Manager, this successful candidate will be responsible for: Assisting the management of a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, and completing stock takes Managing inventory and ensuring accurate stock levels Maintaining high standards of customer service and product quality Supporting health and safety standards in the department Qualifications & Experience Australian trade qualification in Butchery (essential) Ability to lead and manage a team Ability to order and control costs Understanding of gross profit calculations Passion and enthusiasm with a very "hands on" approach Unparalleled commitment to customer service Excellent communication skills Ability to liaise with both team members and management Flair for merchandising Strong leadership and delegation skills Ability to coach, train and performance manage teams Commitment to work health and safety standards If this sounds like the opportunity you’ve been looking for, we’d love to hear from you Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Drakes Supermarkets by 2×. #J-18808-Ljbffr
