Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for managing a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, completing stock takes and much more. Responsibilities Manage a small meat department team Prepare rosters and manage shift schedules Generate orders and control costs Perform stock takes and manage inventory Maintain gross profit calculations Qualifications & Expectations Australian trade qualification in Butchery (essential) Leadership and team management ability Order and cost control skills Understanding of gross profit calculations Passion for a hands‑on approach Commitment to customer service excellence Excellent communication skillsAbility to liaise with team members and management Merchandising flair Strong delegation and coaching skills Commitment to work health and safety standards If this sounds like the opportunity you’ve been looking for, we’d love to hear from you #J-18808-Ljbffr
