Reporting directly to the Store Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for the management of a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, completing stock takes + much more Responsibilities and expectations Possess an Australian trade qualification in Butchery (essential) Ability to lead and manage a team Ability to order and control costs An understanding of gross profit calculations Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach Unparalleled commitment to customer service Ability to liaise with both team members and management A flair for merchandising Strong leadership and delegation skills Ability to coach, train and performance manage teams Commitment to work health and safety standard Apply now If this sounds like the opportunity you’ve been looking for, we’d love to hear from you #J-18808-Ljbffr
