Overview Join to apply for the Aquatic Duty Manager role at Belgravia Leisure. About The Role We are currently looking for enthusiastic, reliable and friendly Duty Managers to join the team. Our Duty Managers are responsible for ensuring that areas within the facility, from customer services and pools, are a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons. They are also responsible for pool plant systems which requires technical knowledge of plant rooms and water quality principles. You will have a passion for safety around the water. You should be energetic, dynamic, outgoing and fun. Responsibilities Ensure safety and enjoyment across customer services and pool areas. Manage pool plant systems and water quality. Qualifications & Skills Current First Aid Certificate (Level 2) Current CPR Current Working with Children Check (or equivalent) Current National Police Check Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate Current Pool Operations Certificate Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends. Excellent verbal communication skills. Understanding of OHS and public safety in an aquatic environment. Previous experience in a comparable role is highly regarded (not essential). Willingness to acquire any missing qualifications. About The Site The Keilor East Leisure Centre includes a 50m heated outdoor pool, 25m indoor lap pool, learn to swim pool, warm water program pool, spa, steam and sauna, an indoor water playground for young children, multi‑purpose rooms for health and fitness classes, gym, wellness centre, café and family change rooms with a high level of disability access. The centre connects community to leisure, providing every member of the community the opportunity to take advantage of this facility.
