Home Site Supervisor – Lawnton $38.85/hr + salary sacrificing. Dementia and complex behaviour experience required to support clients in SIL homes. Responsibilities As the Home Site Supervisor you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional support to our clients with various disabilities. You will guide a dedicated team of support workers to deliver person‑centered care within our residential Supported Independent Living Home service. Key responsibilities include: Support the financial performance of the home service site through effective management of operating expenditure in line with budget. Ensure team member awareness of each individual's client requirements. Provide support aligned to the person’s plans, goals and any other requirements, including personal hygiene and living skills. Deliver and encourage accurate documentation of all activities to maintain an accurate audit trail and progress notes. Lead staff, oversee daily operations, and ensure person‑centered care and accurate documentation. Oversee daily operations, roster scheduling, coordinate individualized care plans, and foster a collaborative environment. Qualifications A Certificate III/Diploma in Individual Support (highly regarded). Hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check (Blue Card), NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card), First Aid, CPR, National Criminal History Check (Fit2Work), and an open driver’s licence with comprehensive insurance. Experience in the Disability and Aged Care sector, including supporting individuals with complex behaviours and living with dementia, is essential. Experience supervising site operations and delivering services aligned with organisational policies and procedures. Problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify problems, develop solutions and implement them using a logical and systematic approach.
