Learn more at The Opportunity We are seeking a Business Process Improvement Manager to lead NSWALC's business process improvement initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving simplification, automation, and efficiency across the organisation. You will develop and implement a sustainable improvement framework, embed a culture of continuous improvement, and deliver measurable outcomes that enhance service delivery and reduce administrative effort. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a continuous improvement framework and methodologies. Map, analyse and evaluate existing business processes to identify inefficiencies. Define KPIs and monitor performance improvements using data analytics. Plan and deliver improvement projects aligned with strategic goals. Promote adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies. Ensure compliance with regulatory and cultural standards. About You To succeed in this role, you will have: Proven experience leading process improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes. Strong knowledge of business improvement frameworks and methodologies. Demonstrated project management skills for medium- to large-scale projects. Excellent communication skills to translate technical findings into clear business language. Leadership and influencing skills to drive change across diverse teams. Understanding of the cultural, social, and economic needs of Aboriginal people. Australian work rights are required for this position. Knowledge of the Aboriginal Land Rights Act 1983. Why Join Us?
