What You’ll Do: Lead program governance for Kapitol’s operating model implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic outcomes. Collaborate with the Head of Program to drive program‑wide initiatives and deliver measurable value. Provide hands‑on support to define, scope, and deliver cross‑functional improvement initiatives. Monitor initiative progress, providing transparent reporting focused on outcomes, not just activity. Facilitate prioritisation forums to allocate resources to high‑impact initiatives. Coach and mentor initiative leads to build change delivery capability across the organisation. Who You Are: Consulting Expertise: Experience as a senior or managing consultant, ideally transitioning into an industry role. Program Management Skills: Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional programs with multiple dependencies. Industry Experience: Background in large construction companies or related fields like engineering, infrastructure, or energy industries. Change Delivery Experience: Strong background in delivering business improvement initiatives, including customer experience design and process re‑engineering. Practical Problem‑Solver: Focused on outcomes over process, with a data‑driven mindset. Collaborative Leader: Skilled in stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and influencing across functions.
