Chic rooms and suites embrace the iconic attractions just steps away, while the award-winning restaurant and street front bar are destinations unto themselves.About The RoleReporting to the Director of Outlets, this role balances the day to day leadership of the operation and service periods, whilst developing and engaging the team, problem solving and delivering results for the business, from a people, product and profit perspective.To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate will have a solid track record in high quality restaurants, a passion for delivering a memorable dining experience and a hunger for delivering results, by cultivating a team culture that is fun, performance driven and constantly looking to evolve.What You Will DoMaintain a strong operational presence across all meal serving periods to ensure service standards and the guest experience remain at an optimum Provide leadership, development, support, coaching and constructive feedback for the team Cultivate a culture that encourages people to connect and thrive, allowing people space to be themselves, whilst aligning the team with restaurant goals Drive performance, by setting metrics and benchmarks, identifying ways to improve how we do things and leading the way with industry trends Be proactively involved with the talent acquisition function, including selection and retention efforts in order to ensure that top talent are sought, confirmed and retained Develop strong internal relationships across the hotel ensuring solid partnerships with those who will contribute to the success of the Restaurant Drive profitability by closely managing labour and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, menu engineering, purchasing decisions and stock control What You Will Bring3 years' experience in a restaurant leadership role in a 5* hotel or leading restaurant with a high focus on quality whilst operating at high volumes A leadership style that is authentic, engaging and strategic, based on identified business priorities A positive, can-do attitude that shows resilience and maturity, with strong communication skills A strong understanding of luxury, with a sharp attention to detail and high focus on service A collaborative style that will build strong relations with all Hotel departments who are key to the success of the restaurant What We OfferCompetitive Salary, wages, and a comprehensive benefits package Excellent Training and Development opportunities Complimentary Accommodation at other Four Seasons Hotels and Resort Complimentary Dry Cleaning for Employee Uniforms Complimentary Employee Meals If you feel this is the role for you we would love to hear from youWe make it a point to take the time to review each resume carefully to select those that are a match with the preferred qualifications for the job.
