Location: Victoria Street, Darlinghurst, Sydney About Us: The New Tropicana, Italian Restaurant – renowned for classic Italian cuisine and professional customer service. We are launching the current model of service to a full Restaurant Table Service. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Launch the new table service system and new concept menus, wine, and beverage list. Manage and train restaurant staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and care. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and cost control measures. Qualifications Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred). Minimum three years’ experience in a restaurant management role. Benefits Competitive salary.
