The Opportunity We are looking for an exceptional & highly experienced full-time Centre Manager to lead our team in the Inner West. In this role you will lead educators and staff in providing child-led learning and play in faith-informed, values driven care in a village that supports the whole family. You will manage the effective operation of the service, ensuring alignment with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, while supporting staff development through professional training, mentoring, and regular performance feedback. Key Responsibilities Lead with care and purpose — guide your team, coach and mentor them so they can grow and deliver exceptional educational experiences for children. Keep things running smoothly — manage enrolments, rosters, and resources so every day flows well for staff and families. Shape meaningful programs — develop learning experiences that reflect best practice, meet regulatory standards, and nurture every child’s development. Champion compliance and safety — ensure our centre meets all licensing, health, and quality requirements, creating a safe and trusted environment. Be financially wise — manage budgets and forecasts responsibly so we can sustain and grow our services. Build strong connections — develop positive relationships with families, the local community, and key partners. Drive excellence and growth — lead service evaluations, continuous improvement initiatives, and support staff performance reviews. Represent Integricare proudly — engage with the community, attend events, and strengthen partnerships that reflect our mission and values. Do you have: Degree in Early Childhood from a recognised University (as listed on the approved qualification list by ACECQA), or: Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent) Current Provide an Emergency First Aid response in an Education and Care Setting qualification Current ACECQA approved Anaphylaxis and emergency asthma management training Valid Working with Children Check Accredited Child Protection Training A commitment to the Christian ethos and values of Integricare?
