Front of House Supervisor Location: Meletos, Yarra Valley Meletos is renowned for curating exceptional experiences in a stunning setting. We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team and help us deliver outstanding hospitality. About the Role As a Front of House Supervisor, you’ll ensure smooth day-to-day operations across our venue for both restaurant and private event services. You’ll lead and motivate the FOH team, maintain high service standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced environment, requiring strong leadership and a commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate FOH staff to deliver exceptional customer service Manage service flow and liaise with kitchen and BOH teams Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly Monitor staff timesheets, breaks, and POS reconciliation Maintain venue cleanliness and oversee beer line deep cleans Ensure compliance with safety, health, and legal regulations What We’re Looking For Certificate III in Hospitality (or equivalent) RSA and Food Safety Supervisor certifications 1–2 years’ experience in a leadership role within hospitality Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage priorities Passion for creating memorable guest experiences Why Join Us?
