About the Role We're looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join our professional team in Gympie. In this key role, you'll support the financial performance of the business through accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and strong financial governance. In this role, you'll be responsible for : Assisting in the formulation and implementation of budgetary and accounting policies Preparing financial statements and management reports for review by senior management and the board Conducting financial investigations and audits, and preparing reports on key business metrics Analysing operating costs, income, and expenditure to identify efficiency opportunities Providing assurance on the accuracy and compliance of financial information Advising on business decisions, including capital financing, mergers, and strategic planning About You You hold tertiary qualifications in accounting, commerce, or finance You have strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a keen eye for detail You're confident preparing reports and communicating financial insights to management You're a team player who can also work independently with integrity and accountability CPA or CA qualification (or working towards) is highly regarded Experience in the automotive industry or a multi‑entity environment will be an advantage Benefits $90,000 per year with Company Vehicle Full‑time position (38‑hour work week) Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunities for professional development and career growth Ongoing training and exposure to diverse accounting operations Employee discounts and staff benefits across the dealership group To Apply Click Apply and for more information we encourage you to visit Gympie Motor Group is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to attracting and retaining a diverse workforce that reflects the community we serve. #J-18808-Ljbffr
