About The Opportunity We have a new opportunity for a Climate Governance Manager to join our growing Corporate Social Responsibility team based at our Notting Hill & Mt Waverley Head Offices in Melbourne. The key responsibility of this role will be to lead the development of climate governance and play a pivotal role in shaping TTIs CSR strategy across ANZ. As the central custodian of our climate approach, you'll provide strategic leadership, ensuring compliance with climate reporting obligations, while driving impactful decarbonisation efforts across the enterprise. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Social Responsibility ANZ Overseeing climate-related financial disclosures aligned with AASB S2 requirements, and integrate risks into business Managing preparation and submission of mandatory climate reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Conducting risk assessments and scenario analysis to inform resilience and strategic planning Collaborating with senior leaders and global teams to embed climate governance in decision‑making Staying ahead of evolving disclosure standards and advising leadership on regulatory impacts Leading emissions reduction initiatives, focusing on Scope 3, and implementing a decarbonisation plan About YOU The ideal candidate will have a similar background within a Corporate Governance Management role within a fast‑paced industry and a passion for creating a more sustainable future. Skills & Attributes Tertiary qualifications, preferably a minimum bachelor's degree preferred Ability to write, edit material suitable for publication Demonstrated ability to lead a team of one, and work collaboratively within a team environment Ability to work to tight deadlines without supervision and manage competing priorities Strong understanding of climate-related financial risks and reporting frameworks Recent experience in climate-related reporting, sustainability or financial reporting is highly preferred Awareness of AASB S2: Mandatory standards for climate related disclosures in Australia If you are seeking to join a successful, dynamic organisation and are excited about the opportunity to make a real impact on our sustainability journey then please apply now Be careful – Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
