in Western Australia.About the RoleAs a
Senior Structural Engineer,
you will be responsible for design, quality control checks, structural engineering, and client relationship management. Scope of works may include medium-large scale building project assignments from large residential, office buildings, units and apartments, health care, government, and mid to high rise buildings.Provide specialist input into structural engineering tasks, including verification of designs.Conduct detailed structural analysis, calculations, and design using relevant software and industry standards.Conduct site inspections to monitor works undertaken and check conditions.Liaise with team to maintain a knowledge and understanding of trends and technology in structural engineering.Provide team input, leadership, and mentoring direction for engineering elements of projects undertaken by the company.Carry out stakeholder interaction with clients providing recommendation for needed actions. Collaborate with architects, design team, project managers and other engineering professionals.Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards or vulnerabilities in structures for potential impact on safety and functionality.About YouMinimum 5-years experience, as a Structural Design Engineer.Bachelor of Civil Engineering (or equivalent recognised by Institute of Australian Engineers)Ideally Charted Professional Member of Engineers Australia.Excellent Understanding of Aus standards across: Multi-Residential and Commercial Projects.Background in designing structures with steel, concrete and or timber.Client solution focused with solid project management expertise.Excellent salary package and vehicle suitable to role.Role that promotes autonomy, flexibility, and career growth.Opportunity to be part of growing Company.Flexible working locations, by Bunbury beach or Perth.Engenuity is an employer who embraces Equal Opportunity and promotes diversity, we encourage peoples of all backgrounds to apply.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a structural engineer?Do you have experience in a role which requires relationship management experience?Report this job advert
