InVeris Training Solutions Pty Ltd – Lavington NSW InVeris Training Solutions is a leading company in simulated weapon training systems and live fire target systems. Established in Albury 26 years ago, InVeris supports Defence and law enforcement with the supply, maintenance and operations of simulated weapon training systems across Australia. We’re looking for a strong team leader and experienced workshop supervisor to join our technical services team here in Albury-Wodonga. Our technical services team provides maintenance and engineering support to a large fleet of simulation systems. You’ll be in a key role supporting our fleet with the day‑to‑day supervision of the repair workshop and staff. The Weapon Repair Workshop Supervisor is a technical role with daily duties relating to the supervision and safety of our weapon repair workshop and a team of 6 technicians. In this role you’ll guide staff in safe workshop practices, queue and prioritise incoming repairs, maintain repair part stock levels and maintain configuration control and policy compliance throughout all workshop activities. This position is suitable to candidates experienced in electronics/electrical/engineering repairs and maintenance, with previous experience in a supervisory or lead technician role. With simulation systems deployed across Australia and internationally, there may be a requirement to travel from time to time. Primary Duties Responsibility of workshop safety and productivity Coordination, queueing and prioritisation of repairs (inline with Senior Maintenance Supervisor guidance) Maintaining weapon repair parts and consumables stock levels Maintaining configuration control and policy/contract compliance of all workshop repairs and activities Skills & Experience A Certificate IV in electronics, electrical or engineering is essential At least 5 years’ experience in a supervisor or lead technician role Sound knowledge of repairs, tools and workshops A highly motivated team leader The successful candidates will have a clear criminal history and be eligible to apply for and obtain a firearms license and a Defence Security Clearance.
