Depot Manager – Launceston Lead with impact. Drive performance. Make a difference in your community. We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Depot Manager to lead our Launceston team. As part of Kinetic – Australia and New Zealand’s largest and most trusted bus operator – you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our depot runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. In this role, you will: Lead and support a team of Supervisors and Administrators to ensure daily operations meet key network performance targets Manage depot activities including scheduling, compliance, incident response, and contractor engagement Drive safety, risk management, and operational improvements across the site Foster strong relationships with internal teams, unions, and external stakeholders Be the point of escalation for operational and people-related matters What you’ll bring: Leadership experience in transport, logistics, or related operational environments Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, especially under pressure The ability to manage industrial relations, compliance, and operational standards Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a sound understanding of performance metrics A current MR licence and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain) Why Kinetic?
