Shift Timings AM Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM PM Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Your Responsibilities Deliver compassionate, person‑centred care to older individuals living with behavioural and psychological symptoms of dementia (BPSD). Support daily living activities in accordance with personalised care plans, respecting cultural preferences and family needs. Observe and report changes in residents’ health, mobility and cognitive status to clinical staff. Promote independence and rehabilitation‑focused care to enhance residents’ dignity and quality of life. Actively contribute to care planning, quality improvement and continuous learning to meet new aged care standards. What You Bring Certificate IV in Ageing Support. Experience in residential aged care. Knowledge and experience in dementia care. Current National Police Certificate. Understanding of BPSD. Desirable Experience in a Specialist Dementia Care Program (SDCP).
