You'll manage quality systems, lead audits, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate across teams to maintain high standards. Your work will directly influence product development and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead responses to customer concerns, including root cause analysis and corrective actions Audit products and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards Drive quality improvement projects to reduce costs and enhance performance Manage external certifications and customer quality audits Provide training and mentoring on quality tools and processes Deploy APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and other quality methodologies in project work What We're Looking For Technical understanding of engineered and manufactured products Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (e.g., mechanical engineering, industrial engineering) 5‑10 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing or industrial environment Experience with quality systems and project management Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service Capacity to present yourself in the shoes of a customer, a salesperson, a 4x4 Technician, an ARB store business owner to consider the implications of quality problems.
