We’re seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our team on a 12-month maternity leave contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions across the business Maintain and improve ISO, HACCP and Organic and other certifications Drive continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold product and process quality Mentor and support the quality team to achieve operational excellence About You Proven experience in a Quality Manager or senior QA/QC role Strong knowledge of quality systems, standards, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 22716, HACCP, GMP) Direct hands‑on experience with HACCP certification is essential Excellent communication and leadership skills Analytical mindset with a passion for problem‑solving Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment Experience in the essential oils, aroma chemicals, or vegetable oils industry is preferred but not essential.
