WhatYou’llDo Ensure reconciliations using Oracle ARCS areaccurateandtimely, supporting compliance and reporting requirements. Collaborate with finance and business teams to meet month-end deliverables and resolve issues promptly. Contribute to statutory, regulatory, and management reporting, ensuring alignment with policies and standards. Promote continuous improvement byidentifyingopportunities for automation and simplification of processes. Liaise with auditors and stakeholders tomaintainstrong governance and resolve audit actions effectively. WhatYou’llBring Experience in financial services accounting, including general ledger and regulatory reporting. Proficiencywith Oracle ARCS or similar reconciliation tools, and strong Excel skills. Ability to manage deadlines, solve problems, and deliveraccurateoutcomes under pressure. Strong communicationskills to build relationships and collaborate across teams. A degree inAccountingor equivalent experience; CA/CPA accreditation (or working towards) is desirable.
