This position is perfect for an experienced Front Office Manager (FOM) or Rooms Division Manager ready to step into a broader operational leadership role. Key Responsibilities Build, coach, and motivate a high‑performing property team to deliver operational excellence and exceptional guest experiences. Optimise revenue, manage budgets, and maximise returns for investors and the business. Ensure the property meets the highest standards of service, presentation, and comfort for all guests. Maintain strong relationships with owners, clients, and key stakeholders, providing proactive communication and solutions. Act as a passionate advocate for Essence Hotels & Apartments, ensuring brand values are embedded in operations and guest interactions. About You We are looking for an experienced and passionate hospitality leader with a proven track record of driving operational success. You will be a proactive problem solver and effective communicator, building trust and loyalty with guests, investors, and colleagues alike.
