As Southeast QLD’s leading boutique allied health provider, we’re excited to welcome a New Graduate Occupational Therapist with a strong interest in paediatrics to our supportive and collaborative team. Our graduate program is designed to help you step confidently into your OT career, with structured supervision, flexible caseloads, and ongoing mentoring from highly experienced paediatric therapists. What We Offer $2K annual PD allowance in your first year and access to internal PD resources Specialist training and mentoring in sensory processing, play‑based therapy, toileting, and neurodiversity‑affirming practice Travel reimbursement, iPhone & laptop provided Flexible work options – clinic, home, or community settings Work alongside industry leaders with 20+ years of paediatric experience Your First Six Months – Structured Support & Growth Weekly 1:1 clinical supervision and fortnightly peer supervision groups Initial shadowing period with experienced clinicians (Weeks 1–2) Gradual caseload ramp‑up: Months 1–2: Build up to 2–3 paediatric clients per week Month 3: Begin managing an independent paediatric caseload with senior support Month 6: Transition to a full paediatric caseload, with continued mentoring and guidance Why You’ll Love It Here Full‑time role with a balanced utilisation target (65%), focusing on quality of care Dedicated paediatric caseload – work with children and families across a range of developmental and functional areas Admin support to help you focus on clinical work Inclusive, collaborative culture – 25% of our team joined via staff referrals Regular professional development days and team events Make a real impact across a mix of settings – from our well‑equipped clinics in Coorparoo and Graceville to clients’ homes, kindies, and schools.
