We provide a mix of clinic-based and community-based therapy, working with children and their families. Our clinic space is shared with psychologists and speech pathologists, creating a collaborative allied health environment with opportunities for informal consultation and multidisciplinary support. As a small practice, we pride ourselves on offering something different: manageable caseloads, genuine mentorship, and the support to develop your skills and confidence. You'll be a valued member of a close-knit team with the guidance and flexibility to grow as a clinician. The Role We're looking for an enthusiastic Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team in a full-time capacity (part-time may be considered for the right candidate). This role includes both clinic-based sessions at our Fitzroy North location and community visits to clients' homes, schools, and childcare settings. We welcome applications from new graduates through to therapists with a few years of experience. You'll receive hands‑on mentorship and clinical support as you develop your paediatric skills and build confidence working with a diverse caseload. What We're Looking For AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist Current Australian driver's licence and own vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided) Experience working with children and families Willingness to work across clinic and community settings Strong communication and relationship‑building skills New graduates very welcome What We Offer Salary : $68,000 - $80,000 + superannuation (negotiated based on experience, pro‑rata for part‑time) Leave : 4 weeks annual leave, 10 personal leave days, plus 4 mental health days per year Professional Development : $1,000 annual PD allowance tailored to your interests and career goals Equipment : Laptop provided Phone : Work phone provided or compensation for personal phone use Travel : Mileage reimbursement for all client‑related travel Shared allied health space : Opportunities for informal collaboration with psychologists and speech pathologists Flexibility : We value work‑life balance and offer flexible working arrangements How to Apply Please send your CV and a brief cover letter to explaining why you're interested in joining Troppo Paediatrics.
