Canobolas Kids Health is a multidisciplinary allied health service located in Orange, NSW. We are looking for a paediatric occupational therapist to join our growing team of occupational therapists and physiotherapists. A position is available at Canobolas Kids Health for a full or part time paediatric Occupational Therapist, 2-5 years experience in paediatrics is desired. This is an opportunity to develop a caseload based on your interest areas and skills, working within a multidisciplinary team of paediatric physiotherapists and occupational therapists as well as in house paediatric psychologists. Qualifications and Responsibilities You must love kids and be dedicated to getting the best outcome for each child you see. You have the ability to play, connect and empower children and families to support children to reach their potential. Have a recognised degree in Occupational Therapy. Hold a current registration with AHPRA. Hold a current Working with Children Check. Have experience in assessment and therapy for children from birth to 18 years, for a diverse range of conditions. These skills may be broad ranging or more specialised and age specific. Work collaboratively with children and their families to develop meaningful goals and therapy plans to achieve occupational challenges. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, keep clinical notes up-to-date and communicate regularly with the client's healthcare team. Evidence and experience working with NDIS, private and Medicare clients. Willingness to supervise Students and junior OT's.
