Job Description Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall people experience within the organisation. Collaborate with key stakeholders to align human resources initiatives with business goals. Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Support workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement activities. Monitor and evaluate HR programs to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement. Address employee concerns and provide solutions to foster a positive workplace culture. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations in Melbourne. Assist with change management initiatives and organisational development projects. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Advisor, People Experience should have: Relevant qualifications in human resources, business, or a related field. Proven expertise in HR practices and employee experience strategies within the business services industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders. A proactive and solutions-focused mindset. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Melbourne. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a temporary role effectively.
