Within our fun and dynamic environment, on any given day you will be working closely with our People Leaders to support the delivery of their people plans by providing expert guidance, providing employee relations advice and support. Reporting to the Head of People Experience, you will be a crucial player in partnering with all levels of the business to provide HR support nationwide. *Please note the commencement date for this role is in February 2026* About You We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor with a strong background in managing employee relations, understanding legislative framework and how it is applied in practice. This is a diverse role with the opportunity to support and develop teams day to day whilst leading and contributing to rewarding projects. Skills Required Providing coaching to develop people leaders to build both our business and our people Advising leaders on performance management, capability development, recruitment & remuneration, Employee Relations, dispute resolution and employee engagement Leading cyclical HR experiences such as performance check-ins, engagement surveys and remuneration review Partnering with the business to develop and implement HR plans and national projects that create value to the business and drive employee engagement Providing mentoring and guidance on complex HR matters Partnering with our Talent and Acquisition Coordinator to provide advice and guidance to select and recruit key positions.
