Role Overview We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Production Admin Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the production team by managing schedules, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring the smooth execution of production processes. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about fashion and production who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Production Scheduling: Coordinate production timelines and workflows to ensure on‑time delivery of collections. Supplier Liaison: Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers to track order progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards are met. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of production orders, inventory, and supplier details using internal systems. Sample Coordination: Organise and track production samples, ensuring they are reviewed, approved, and distributed to relevant teams. Administrative Support: Prepare and update production reports, spreadsheets, and documentation to support the production team. Quality Assurance: Assist in monitoring product quality and flagging any discrepancies or issues to the production manager. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline production processes and improve efficiency. Qualifications & Skills Experience: Previous experience in production coordination, administration, or a related role within the fashion or retail industry is preferred. Education: A degree or diploma in fashion, business administration, or a related field is a plus. Organisation: Exceptional organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and external partners. Tech‑Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with production management software is advantageous. Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to managing documentation and tracking processes. Problem‑Solving: A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently. Team Player: A collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
