Monadelphous is currently seeking an experienced, local QA/QC Administrator for a permanent role in Gladstone. Candidates MUST be local to the Gladstone area. Safety and wellbeing at the forefront of our culture. Key Responsibilities Review, check, and file material certificates and quality records. Assist in reviewing work packs, weld maps, hydro test documents, and MDRs for accuracy and client submission. Maintaining registers, including entering results and saving pressure graphs. Update QA registers, maintain ITP and MDR indexes/templates, and manage QA document changes for consistent reporting. Support audit preparation and ensure compliance with quality management system requirements. What you will bring Strong administrative skills with technical and process understanding. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role within resources, engineering, construction, or maintenance. Knowledge of quality systems, audits, and ISO:9001 application. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proof of right to work in Australia.
