You will be the face of our gaming floor, ensuring our customers have an enjoyable experience and supporting the team to uphold compliance requirements at all times. The Cove Hotel is a premier dining and entertainment venue offering spectacular water views right on the marina in Patterson Lakes. The bistro serves contemporary casual dining in a relaxed setting, featuring both indoor fireplace seating and an enclosed deck area with views of the marina. Responsibilities Provide customer service to all guests, answering questions and assisting with gaming-related issues. Monitor gaming activities to ensure compliance with rules and regulations. Ensure the gaming room is always at the highest standard. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations. The role is fast‑paced and may involve lifting boxes, kegs or stock, standing for long periods, and using stairs. Qualifications Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA). Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG). Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence. Previous experience in a similar role. Customer service skills.
