Whether you’re ready for a career change or just looking for something more rewarding, this is your chance to get behind the wheel of something bigger. No Experience? No Problem Our Car to Bus Licence Upgrade Program gives you everything you need to kickstart your driving career. We’ll pay you while you train to upgrade your car licence to a Medium Rigid (MR) licence, followed by a five‑week hands‑on induction that combines classroom learning with on‑road experience. You’ll also receive ongoing mentoring and support for 12 months as you work towards a nationally recognised qualification , all while earning and gaining valuable real‑world experience. All you need to bring is a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping people get where they need to go. Who We’re Looking For You don’t need bus driving experience, just the right attitude and a few key essentials: Great people skills and a customer‑first mindset Held a Tasmanian Driver’s Licence for at least 2 years Willing to obtain a Tasmanian Driving Authorisation Willing to complete a pre‑employment physical and medical check Full Australian working rights Reliable, punctual, and a team player Please note, you must be available to start January 2026 Why Choose Kinetic?
