Assistant Director - Sacred Heart ELC/OSHC About the role Are you passionate about Early Childhood Education and making a lasting impact on young lives? Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School is seeking an Assistant Director – ELC/OSHC to play a key leadership role across our Early Learning Centre and Outside School Hours Care programs. This full‑time, permanent position will support the continued growth in both enrolments and program excellence, contributing to the ongoing success of our vibrant and nurturing school community. Key responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and support ELC and OSHC educators to deliver high‑quality, inclusive, and engaging learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework Foster a positive and collaborative culture that reflects the values of Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School. Build strong relationships with families, staff, and the broader community to support each child’s learning and wellbeing. Oversee staffing, rosters, and professional development while managing key administrative functions such as budgeting, enrolments, reporting, compliance, and risk management. Support the Principal in strategic planning and decision‑making for both ELC and OSHC programs. About you: Demonstrated experience in leading a stimulating and inclusive environment that supports the social, cultural, educational, and physical development of children. Respect for the Catholic ethos, with a deep appreciation for Christian values. Holds (or is actively working towards obtaining) a Diploma in Early Childhood Education. An annual increase will be provided to the successful applicant in March 2026, inline with the EBA.
