We’re looking for a driven Sales Representative , with relevant construction experience, to help construction businesses adopt cutting‑edge grade control and machine control technologies across Australia and New Zealand . You’ll deliver product demonstrations, training (on‑site and online), and provide expert advice to business owners, estimators, surveyors, and site supervisors. Location: East Coast Australia (preferably Brisbane or Melbourne) What you’ll be doing: Build and maintain strong client relationships Identify and develop new business opportunities (approx. 75% new accounts) Conduct live software demonstrations and training Collaborate with internal teams across sales, technical support, R&D and marketing Attend industry events and stay up to date with market trends Use Salesforce CRM to manage leads and reporting Travel within Australia and New Zealand About you: Proven sales experience in construction or technical products Strong understanding of heavy construction and grade control technologies Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills Organised, proactive and results‑driven Proficient in Microsoft Office Salesforce experience preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or engineering (preferred) 3+ years in construction or technical sales Experience with civil estimating, machine control, or drones is a plus If you’re a results‑driven sales professional, with proven experience within construction, civil estimating or machine control we want to hear from you.
