About the Position: An exciting opportunity exists for a Lawyer or Associate with a passion for Workplace Relations, Employment and Safety to join our client’s well‑established Brisbane team. This position offers the chance to collaborate with highly regarded Partners and a supportive, tight‑knit team known for their excellence in ER/IR and WHS legal work. You will work across a broad spectrum of matters including: Employment law advisory General protections and unfair dismissal claims Enterprise bargaining and industrial disputes Work Health and Safety investigations and litigation Expect to handle sophisticated, high‑impact matters for a diverse portfolio of clients across the private and public sectors. You'll be mentored by recognised experts while enjoying genuine opportunities to fast‑track your development.
