This position will see you provide delivery of superior claims service, determining proper policy coverage to conclude, investigate, evaluate and negotiate assigned cases.**About QBE*** At QBE, we get to the heart of what matters for our customers. We’re building momentum towards our vision to become the most consistent and innovative risk partner.**Your new role*** The management of lodgements and repairs for Motor Claims utilising multiple claims systems and processes* Maintaining positive stakeholder relationships with the insured, agents and service providers* Interpreting basic policy coverage and determining if coverage applies to claims submitted* Receiving, recording and processing incoming insurance claims* Authorizing payment within scope of authority, settling claims in the most cost-effective manner and ensuring timely issuance of disbursements and* Identifying suspicious or potentially fraudulent claims and arranging investigations.**About you*** Experience in a similar role within Motor Claims will be highly advantageous* An individual who has mechanical or technical bike knowledge will be highly regarded* Highly developed customer service, communication and negotiating skills* An individual who is tech savvy and quick learner* Strong organisational and time management skills**About QBE*** At QBE, we get to the heart of what matters for our customers.
