Workload: Approximately 3 days per weekWork Model: Work from home / HybridEngagement: Freelance accepted, ABN payment availableLanguage Requirement: Bilingual – English & Chinese (must be able to read and write Chinese due to project needs) About You We are looking for a dynamic, results‑driven and highly organised designer – ideally with experience in the IT, Telco, or related technology sectors. You are a hands‑on team player, a clear communicator, passionate about design and able to collaborate effectively with both sales and technical teams. Candidate must demonstrate intermediate business‑level English proficiency and advanced professional Mandarin proficiency (strong reading and writing). A minimum of 1‑2 years of proven design experience is required. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and video‑editing software is mandatory. Your Responsibilities Study design briefs and identify requirements Conceptualise visuals and design directions based on project needs Prepare rough drafts, mood boards and creative ideas Develop illustrations, graphics and other materials using various design software Create project‑specific logos, campaign visuals and brand collateral Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency with brand strategy Produce digital assets for the website, social media and other digital channels Work closely with the sales and technical teams to deliver final designs Revise and refine designs based on feedback Ensure all final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, modern and on‑brand Assist with basic short‑video editing for social media (simple cuts, transitions, subtitles, and layout adjustments) Education & Experience Requirements Proven working experience as a designer (portfolio required) Strong understanding of marketing design principles Proficiency in MS Office and professional design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.) Excellent organisational and multi‑tasking skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Creativity, attention to detail and commercial awareness Ability to read and write Chinese (Mandarin) for content‑related tasks #J-18808-Ljbffr
