Join to apply for the Senior Supervisor role at Design Build Our client, a leading contractor in the renewable energy sector, is seeking an experienced Senior Supervisor – Structures with hands‑on FRP experience to join their Brisbane‑based FIFO team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven site leader to work on wind, solar, and energy storage projects, managing structural works and FRP installations across regional sites. The Role Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will oversee all structural works on site, with a focus on FRP components, ensuring safe, high‑quality, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise teams on structural activities, including FRP, steel, and concrete structures Ensure all works comply with design drawings, specifications, and industry standards, particularly FRP applications Implement and enforce WHS, quality, and environmental procedures on FIFO sites Coordinate with project engineers, supervisor subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain schedule and quality Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve technical or site‑related issues proactively Mentor and develop junior supervisors and site personnel to achieve operational excellence About You Minimum 8‑10 years’ experience supervising structural works on large‑scale construction projects, with direct FRP experience (mandatory) Strong knowledge of FRP works and concrete Proven track record of delivering high‑quality, safe, and compliant projects on time and within budget Experience in team leadership, mentoring, and site coordination Strong understanding of WHS legislation, quality standards, and environmental compliance, including FIFO site operations Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills Willingness and ability to work on FIFO rosters to regional project sites What’s On Offer Work on large‑scale, innovative renewable energy projects across Australia with a strong pipeline of work Leadership role with responsibility for a high‑performing FIFO site team – Supervisor, Engineers, and Blue Collar team Competitive remuneration package with excellent FIFO allowances Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunity for career progression in the renewable energy sector If this sounds like you, click apply or contact Jimmy Stewart on or #J-18808-Ljbffr
