Role Overview As a Test Analyst , you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery and quality of our Workforce Management ERP initiatives. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on functional and integration testing, with a focus on UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) or similar Workforce Management platforms . This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for quality assurance in enterprise applications. Daily rate: $630 (inc SUPER) 2-3 month initial CONTRACT ONSITE working arrangement (Mt Waverly, VIC ) What you’ll be doing Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for WFM ERP modules (UKG experience highly desirable). Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure system reliability and compliance. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to validate requirements and deliverables. Identify, document, and track defects through resolution, ensuring transparency and timely communication. Support data migration, system interfaces, and end-to-end process validation. Provide test progress updates, metrics, and reporting to stakeholders. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing testing insights and recommendations. More about you Proven experience as a Test Analyst or QA Analyst , ideally within ERP and Workforce Management (WFM) implementations. Hands-on experience with UKG (Kronos/Ultimate) or similar WFM ERP systems is strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, Azure DevOps, TestRail). Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile/Waterfall methodologies. Experience in testing integrations between ERP, HR, payroll, and time & attendance systems.
