About the Opportunity We are looking for a Scrum Master to lead and coach self‑organising, self‑managing Agile teams as they work to achieve their goals. Reporting to the Delivery Manager, you will embrace Scrum core values, adopt and apply Scrum principles and implement Scrum practices to enable continuous improvement in the quality of deliverables. You will lead and develop highly trained, motivated and efficient scrum teams with a strong outcome focus and a high level of agile maturity through coaching, mentoring and establishing internal Community of Practice groups.
