GFG Projects is a newly established division of the FKG Group, with a focus on the delivery of exceptional select construction and development projects for key clients. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Contracts Administrator to join our GFG Projects team based in Brisbane. The successful candidate will provide the ultimate support to our project management teams to deliver diverse construction projects for works up to $20M. To be suitable for this opportunity, applicant must demonstrate: Practical experience in a commercial construction contracts administrator role, specifically with commercial projects up to $20M Experience in subcontractor management, accompanied by a strong knowledge of commercial contracts and BCIPA Advanced level knowledge of computerised job costing or project management software such as Jobpac Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite A high degree of commercial acumen Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a highly developed ability to build and develop positive business relationships.
