Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Contract Administrator based in Brisbane, QLD, with the flexibility to work some days remotely. The Contract Administrator will manage day‑to‑day tasks such as preparing, reviewing, and maintaining contracts for various projects. Responsibilities include contract negotiation, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, supporting procurement processes, and coordinating with stakeholders to resolve contract‑related issues. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure effective contract administration and facilitate streamlined project execution. Qualifications Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Procurement Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaboration and stakeholder management Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with legal and contractual standards Proven organizational and time‑management abilities Experience in construction or commercial construction is an advantage Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full‑time Job function Management and Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
