Medical Imaging Administrator / Receptionist The Royal Melbourne Hospital is one of Australia’s leading public healthcare providers. Join the team, build a career and contribute to excellent patient service in a fast‑paced medical imaging environment. Responsibilities Immediate part‑time start for an ongoing position. Work weekday and weekend shifts including 8:30am–5:00pm, 12:00pm–8:30pm and 1:30pm–10:00pm. Greet and register patients, manage phone, email and in‑person enquiries. Schedule appointments and manage patient accounts. Collaborate with the administrative team, managers, clinical and medical staff. Assist with general administrative duties to ensure smooth department operation. Qualifications Experience in a fast‑paced medical reception environment (medical imaging or nuclear medicine preferred). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Strong IT skills and Microsoft Office experience. Ability to collaborate effectively, work independently when required, and proactively solve problems. Availability to work the specified shift times.
