Lexus of Perth is based in a stunning dealership in Osborne Park. They require a permanent, full time receptionist to ensure that their customers are warmly and professionally welcomed at all times. Become part of a friendly, customer focused team Enjoy working in a professional environment Job tasks and responsibilities The successful applicant will be required to look after a busy but manageable switch-board, take ownership of the dealership cafe area, and welcome visitors to the dealership, ensuring that they are attended to by the relevant department in a timely fashion. The receptionist does provide additional administrative support to the admin team. Manage the dealership switch-board Take ownership of the dealership cafe area Welcome visitors and ensure they are directed to the relevant department promptly Provide additional administrative support to the admin team Required attributes Displays a friendly, positive personality, courteous, and has a genuine interest in helping others Well organised, pays close attention to detail, and has sound computer skills Has a strong work ethic Excellent communication skills, including an outstanding telephone manner Smart and professional appearance, with excellent personal presentation Skills and experience Receptionist experience would be an advantage.
