About the role The Continence Nurse Advisor provides a Nurse Continence Specialist/ Advisory service for men and women over the age of 65 who are referred with continence issues via My Aged Care. It also involves undertaking health promotion, health education, secondary consultation around the health needs of marginalised people. The role will be performed across Footscray, Kensington and Collingwood. Please refer to the Position Description for more information.
