Nurse Manager (Community Continence Nurse Specialist) QCMP is a respected, nurse‑led continence service providing evidence‑based, person‑centred bladder and bowel management strategies across Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich, Scenic Rim and the Gold Coast. We are ethical, collaborative and known for doing things properly. We are a small but rapidly growing service with a strong, supportive team environment where shared learning, open communication and teamwork are part of everyday practice. The Role We’re seeking a Nurse Manager to support our growing clinical team based on the Gold Coast. Role is advertised as full time, however part‑time (32hrs/wk) will be also considered. Duties include: Workload allocation & clinical escalation support Competency development, education & quality improvement Contribution to policies, governance & NDIS, Aged Care audit readiness Collaborative relationships with participants, families, GPs & allied health Occasional clinical care within scope Working from home connecting with staff and clients both face to face and remotely You Will Bring AHPRA‑registered RN Minimum 5 years’ post‑grad experience (community, disability, primary care, hospital or similar) Strong leadership, communication & organisational skills Confidence in clinical decision‑making and delegation Commitment to safe, ethical, person‑centred care Continence Nurse/ Urology experience essential (or currently completing postgraduate continence training) Our application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
