Role Overview In the role of Senior Analyst Delivery Strategy , you will join a highly established team that is building long‑term relationships by understanding and adapting to changing customer needs. Responsibilities Lead as well as contribute to the design and refinement of Consumer Finance strategy by providing market insights, customer analysis, and strategic recommendations. Develop and prepare high‑quality executive papers, business cases, and briefing materials for senior leadership and governance forums. Support the delivery of strategic initiatives and key projects within the Consumer Finance portfolio, ensuring alignment to timelines, objectives, and regulatory standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, product teams, finance, risk, operations, and external partners to support initiative delivery and decision‑making. Conduct in‑depth analysis to uncover business value and accelerate business decision support to inform strategy, assess performance, and identify opportunities for improvement across customer journeys, products, and processes. Actively contribute to a high‑performing team environment, sharing knowledge, supporting peers, and embodying a culture of agility, integrity, and customer focus. Assist with change planning, stakeholder communication, and alignment activities to support smooth execution of initiatives. Work across a matrixed environment to ensure seamless coordination between business units, technology teams, and external partners. Qualifications Strong business strategy delivery experience gained from either consultancy, other large corporate entity, or banking and financial services. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Experience drafting and delivering senior executive or board‑level papers and communications. Extensive experience in synthesising detailed information and extracting relevant key concepts. Strong business partnering experience with the ability to engage, collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated experience in complex problem solving and managing streams of work. Ability to deploy tools, learning and approaches for delivery of practical and realised business value.
