Be part of a team that’s all about backing each other and helping you grow. What You’ll Be Doing: Online Pick‑Pack & Warehouse Ops Pick and pack online and commercial orders with precision and care. Coordinate dispatch and delivery schedules. Receive, unpack, and prepare stock for sale or display. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse space. Sales & Customer Service Help customers find the right tools and gear with confidence and product knowledge. Provide top‑notch service and advice. Process sales accurately and follow up on orders and payments. Support in‑store merchandising and stock presentation. What We’re Looking For: You’ve got trade experience (bonus points, but not essential) and a passion for tools and gear. You enjoy a good yarn with customers and take pride in helping them get the job done right. You’re reliable, a team player, and open to working some weekends.
